U have 50-50 chance rims as last year cutoff was 535 this may around 540-545 and if it seat increased from  150 to 250 than u will surely get seat in rims hope and pray for best and congratulations u have scored decent marks and all the best for future

According to most Rank predictors, your rank in NEET 2019 will probably land in between 8,500-10,000. In this range your Jharkhand rank might near the 200 mark. This gives you a fair chance but not a sure one to get into RIMS, Ranchi. You could as well try and possibly get PMC, Dhanbad or MGM, Jamshedpur. Although if you have any other caste or religious quota, you will find a way into RIMS most probably as your rank lurks in the boundaries.
