Sir i have some pending backlogs in my b. tech 1st year and 3rd year and my 2nd and final(2019) year is clear. am i eligible for gate 2020? if yes then to fill gate 2020 form as a eligibility certificate what i need to upload i have no marksheet of any year.

let me clear your doubt. To appear in gate exam at first you have to clear your backlogs. If you have backlogs then you are not eligible for gate exam so first clear your backlog.

Thats not true.
You can appear in GATE with backlogs provided you clear it before applying for M.Tech or PSUs.
