Hello Kamlesh,
You can apply for the NEET 2019 exam. If you qualify the NEET exam and you will be getting admission in any decent medical college in which you wish to take admission then you will have to cancel your admission from the bhms course but admission cancellation will depend on the procedure of the college from where you are pusuing the course and then you can take admission in MBBS course.
