Yes you're eligible for attempting the neet as well as getting admission based on your twelfth board marks but the real factor is your neet score for which you need to score above the cut off for your category.

Yes you are eligible for neet. Last year's marks dont matter since you have oassed this year. So you are eligible for NEET.
Candidates must secure minimum
50% marks (General category),
40% marks (SC/ST/OBC),
45% marks (GEN PH) &
40% marks (SC-PH/ST-PH/OBC-PH) taken together in PCB subjects.
As u have scored 76% you are eligible to appear for neet.
