Sir I successfully registered for neet my question is I have pass 12th in 2016 but fail in six sub maths I want to complete my six subject

see if you failed in mathematics it will not really matter because the rules laid down state that you must be scoring 50% in at least each of physics, chemistry and biology in 8th class 12 board examination in the year of past does not really matter at this point of time because a maximum number of attempts to neet has not been restricted as of now but still is dependent on the final verdict by the supreme court which may be announced somewhere in January 2019
at the moment your good to go and you should not be having problems of prepare well and give your exam to the best of your ability and may the almighty shower his blessings upon you

Can you please tell the year of 1st appearing?
I guess it should be 2018 and not 2016.
However,there shouldn't be any problem in your case.
