yes you can, use your 10th marks sheet and 10th certificate as your date of birth proof in the counselling

List of documents required foe NEET-UG : the candidate has bring their original documents ( along with attested photocopies of certificates) for admission in MBBS, BDS courses.

call letter/ hall ticket/admit card of NEET-UG exam provided by CBSE .

Result / rank letter issued by CBSE ,

date of birth certificate( if matric certificate does not bear the same),

class 10th certificate(for date of birth),

class 12th certificate,

class 12th marks sheet,

eight (8) passport size photograph same as affixed on the application form,

provisional allotment letter generated on-line ,

proof of identity,

caste certificate (if applied)
