According to the level of exam this year I would say that you should not keep very high hopes from MBBS at state or all india level but yes you can definitely get a decent BDS seat at state level.
Also I would add that e even though the hopes of a MBBS seat may not be very high yet that you should apply for it because of even the slightest chance can not be ignored considering the value of course .
