Dear Prakash, yes you can apply though your results are awaiting. You should have completed your B.Sc by the time of admission. Or else, your admission might stand cancelled. So if there is any entrance examination or online registration for admission to M.Sc Chemistry, thiugh you are in the final year of B.Sc, you can apply.
