Hello student on the basis of class 12 marks it's hard to get good jobs as you've tagged OJEE MBA I believe you're willing to pursue MBA, as  you've scored below average marks in academics you need a good work experience to get admission in any top business schools. Three to four years of work experience I a good organization will help you to get seat in a good business school. However there's no guarantee of seats in any business school.

Prepare for entrance examination and try to score as good as possible so that you can get a call from good business school.
