First of all you must mention the category that from which category you have secured 67766 rank.
Now assuming that you have secured this much rank from general category.

Now if you have not participated in josaa counseling, then you are eligible to participate in csab counselling, and definitely with this much rank you can get a good nit.
Now, if you have participated in josaa counseling or not got alloted any seat in josaa counseling, then also you are eligible to participate in csab counseling.
