Hey Naman,

The cut off marks for admission to B.Tech programmes is on the basis of JEE Main 2019, HPCET 2019 and 10+2 marks.

According to 2019 cutoff

JEE Main 2019 reserved category 10% marks
HPCET 2019 reserved category 15% marks which are 42 for your case
10+2 reserved category 50%

these are the minimum criteria for eligibility. But to get govt. the college you might have to wait till 2nd or 3rd counseling but as I said it all depends on your JEE and 10+2 marks.
