Each year the cut off fluctuates due to change in the pattern of the exam, how easy or difficult the exam was, the number of exam takers each year hence the cut off for this year may be similar or different from previous year's cut off. If the previous year's cut off happens to be this year's cut off as well then for SC category, the colleges that have cut off score near or below 380 are:

since your score is too close to the cut off so I would say you are in a tough spot. Keep an eye on AIQ as well.
