You havnt mentioned your category. Considering that you are from General category then you have no chances to get a government college in State quota or in All India Quota. The cutoffs are high almost around 500 according to last year.This year chances of increase in cutoff are higher.So MBBS colleges are not possible.You can get government BDS colleges with this score according to last year cutoffs.

Ok then you have chances in Government MBBS or BDS colleges. The cutoff generally remains around 350 for obc under state quota.For AIQ its higher though.So yes based on previous years you will get a seat.
