For Mathematics Honors, it's directly on merit.

There is no entrance exam for any college. Entrance exams are only held for a few selected courses, like Business Management and Journalism.

Okay, your score of 74.8 is too less for DU, if you are a general category student. If you have some reservation, do use it. If you are general, the chances are very low.
