Unfortunately you cannot convert Biotechnology engineering at Sir M Visvesaraya Institute of technology as cutoffs within 23000 ranks.

Good chances with following colleges can be expected for Biotechnology engineering :

Basavewshwar engineering college
GM institute of technology
