Yess Panjab University take admissions in MBA through Panjab University Management Entrance Test (PU MET) conducted by Panjab University.
But you are too late to fill the forms because registrations are over now.
The application form of PU MET 2019 was released on January 07, 2019 and last date to register was on February 25, 2019.

If you want to persue MBa from Chandigarh only I can suggest you few best Universities which offers MBA and have a good placements services.
