Om, if you have written your email id wrong, unfortunately you cannot retrieve your CET application password because it will ask you for the email id. And the password details might go to that email and you cannot  retrieve your password. You haven't mentioned which CET are you enquiring about. But most entrance exams have been postponed and so the admit cards have not been released yet. And the admit cards will be released online and will not be sent to your email id. So you have to wait for official notification regarding release of admit cards.
