According to the score,As you are from ST category,the chances of getting into a good IIT is high and you may get a job in PSU.It depends on the 2019 Cut-off.
Even if you won't get a PSU , Definitely you will get a Good IIT.

You may get a PSU but there are very less chances of getting the PSU as it takes the rank below 200 but you will definitely get an IIT seat with your rank and you can also try for private sector jobs too which give placement according to your gate score , so all the best for your future
