It is conducted through online mode. Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Uttar Pradesh organize AKTU/UPTU Counselling 2019. The university conducts a state level examination in name of Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Exam (UPSEE) for providing admission to the UG & PG courses in the field of engineering, management, etc.

Candidates, those qualify the examination, they are called for the counselling as per their merit.
