Hii Archana.Your rank is bit high.Yes there is 100% tution fee waiver .As per the previous year cutoffs you have a good chance of getting IIIT Lucknow.You can also apply for other IIITs such as IIIT Jabalpur, IIIT Delhi, IIIT Nagpur,etc you will get some.You can check Colleges on https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor.
