Before moving to your question I want to clarify you that there is not any B.yes type of course available.
If it is typing mistake.
Then I am considering it BTech.
There is not any big difference between regular BTech course and IIIT BTech course , in IIIT Btech you learn some extra topics even in other colleges if you are doing BTech then some topics you will not get.
