First things first, All India Quota and State Quota are 2 different things. All India Quota is 15% and State Eligibility Quota is 85%. For State of eligibility 85% quota,

1. Candidates must have completed/appearing his/her 10th and 12th from the state.
2. Candidate must possess a valid domicile in the state.
3. Candidate should possess a residency proof of the state.
Now if you have chosen your State of Eligibility wrong, you can't even correct it during the correction window. You will have to re-register a new form with a different contact no# and Email.

If you enter the details correct and register correct with new contact no# and Email, there should not be any reason why your application should be rejected.
