Hope you are doing well and firstly congratulations to you for scoring 85percentile in jee mains as it is a decent score, honestly you are not eligible for NITs and IIITs as your rank would be probably around 1.2lakh considering general category(EWS) which is not sufficient to get into nits as well as good IIITs but as per your question you can Or maybe get IIIT at this score as there are one or two IIITs which will give you seats like in IIIT bhagalpur  so you should get in their admission procedure if your rank would be relevant to their eligibilty criteria then you can grab your seats there.Hope this help you.
