As per your mentioned query yes, you can do both course at the same time. Back in time persuing dual degree at same time was not allowed but now UGC ( University Grant Commission ) has allowed it but there is a condition in persuing dual degree at the same time that the candidate have to persue one degree as a regular student and another one should be persue from open university ( IGNOU, DBRAOU, ETC. ).

For example let's say you can persue MBBS from any college in regular mode and persue BSc from any open university or distance learning.
