Final round you mean mop up round?

When you seat is already alloted why you wanted to go for another counseling.

Let me clear you, mop up round is not the students whose seats had already alloted.

So you cannot go for mop up round.

If its not a mop up round,then you have little bit chances of getting a seat there,as I have heard college needs abive 500 to 550+ students.

Even though you give your try,as you mentioned it's a last round you have little bit chances of getting it,if seats aren't filling with students who got 500+.
