You can apply for josaa counselling , you can get lower nit's or your home state nit in many good branches like ece / ee but there are less chances for computer science , also you can get a better seat in csab round also . Apart from nit , you can apply for iiit and gfti also , which offer admission through josaa and you can also apply for state counselling for applying to other state government colleges.

As per previous years records, you are having almost zero chances to get into any of the top nits, but still you can get nit assam, nit meghalaya, nit manipur,nit mizoram etc. kinldy note that you might not get cse there.
