I am sorry to say, but the closing rank of GMC, Bhopal through State Quota of UR Category was near to 7633, which seems to be way beyond your rank of 35k. There are absolutely no chances to bag a seat in there.
The only possiblity might be if you have a caste reservation of SC or ST.

You have a decent score NEET exam but a quite high rank.
For getting admission in GMC, the rank should be around 7000, which is no where near to your rank. So, it would be almost impossible for you to get admission there.
You can try taking admission through management quota. In this you need to pay money to the college as they give you a paid seat. Their is minimum eligibility criteria or any entrance test, its just direct entry in the college.
