625 is a really good score in NEET and you're definitely going to get a government seat for MBBS by this score.
I would like to tell you according to the past statistical data, the cut off for admission to SAWAI MAN SINGH MEDICAL COLLEGE, JAIPUR was 631 marks. And since you're scoring 625,nothing can be said yet. There'll be a different cutoff this year depending upon different factors like, difficulty level of exam, number of students appearing for it and also how many students fill this college as a priority during counseling.
So I would suggest you to not lose hope and pray that you get a seat in the college you want.
