See your JEE-Main cut-off does not decide whether you will be getting any college or not instead the rank whichever is allotted to you in your rank card is the main key on the basis of which seats are allotted. JEE-Main qualifying cut-off only decides whether you are qualified of JEE-Advance or not. So as per your percentile you not qualified for JEE-Advance  if you belongs to SC category because the cut-offs are like :-
