If it is the rank of common Law Admission Test and you are seeking for National National Law University in your 2953 rank then you will get it Delhi answer Law University for 5 years LLB course or 3 years LLB course. Aur rank achieved is a rank of  CUET then you can ge the National Law University in the state of Telangana or the National University at Chennai Tamil Nadu.
