U will get Civil but chances for electrical is slim.but u will get Electrical in second counseling.

Sureshot chances in first two rojnds of counselling in BCECe for MIT Muzzafarpur Civil engineering and electrical engineering.

Good chances with Civil engineering at BCE Bhagalpur as well.
