See the rank ur brother has got will give him a seat in the Vellore campus for pursuing his career in the core branches like CIVIL , ELECTRICAL , MECHANICAL ,etc. U should be expecting him a good branch in the Chennai campus too. He can also opt for the management quota to pursue his btech career in the desired branch in desired campus.
