Yes u can get previous year cut off was around 166 for gmr approx 8k for obc

You can not get cse or it, in the jadavpur university but you can get cse or I T in Kalyani with I T having more chances. Last year the cutoff of cse here was nearly 2k for general category in the second round, this year it is expected to reduce a bit. You can surely get I T. But if you are from West Bengal then sure you can get CSE branch.
