Hello,
Don't worry, you can easily get your cast certificate updated by reaching out to the nearest E-Mitra or nearest centre which is authorised to do such task(the same place you get your aadhar card updated). You'll be asked to fill a fresh form and also attach your previous caste certificate and get relevant signatures.
You will get the updated caste certificate within 15 days of filling the form.
