Chances are that you might get into your home state NIT or IIIT. Though the chances of CSE branch are not 100%. I suggest you should apply for all the NITs arrange in the order from best to worst. As your category rank is good you might also get into some lower NIT like Srinagar. Though, the best chances are only for your home state. Apply for all the branches in your home state NIT and if IIIT then also.

I regret to inform you that with such a low score you cannot get admission into any nits or iiits with computer science branch.
But yes you can get admission into nits with some other branches.
As computer science is one of the most sought branch it requires high cutoffs to get pursued by candidate in any nit or iiit.

Even if one consider you with homestate quota though its hard for you to get cse branch with such a score in any top nit.

But you can get cse in lower northeast nits which is of no worth .
Either you take admission in any other branches in top nits or take admission into any prestigious private institutes with your desired branch.

I am sorry but the rank that you have got is a little lesser to aim for really good IIITs and GFTIs . I genuinely see the efforts you would have put in making your dreams fulfilled but maybe some efforts didn't just pay off. Its okay.
