Below is the list of NITs/IIITs and GFTIs where you can get either CSE or ECE:

NIT Hamirpur ( CSE & ECE)
NIT Jamshedpur ( ECE)
NIT Patna ( CSE)
NIT Uttarakhand ( CSE & ECE)
NIT Silchar ( ECE)
IIIT Guwahati ( CSE )
