Hello,
Based on the closing rank of 2018 you need 13025 to get MBBS in governemnt college.
So you have very less chances.
There will be slight variations if the no of seats has increased and no of applicants etc.

Dear Tathagat,
According to the marks scored by you in neet 2019 you may have got a seat in government medical college in Bihar but since this year cut off will go high due to more ranking,According to me there are less chances of u getting a medical college in Bihar. The maximum rank range was 10000 for mbbs in government college .You may get a seat in government dental college whose cut off was 14000 rank.
And as far as AIQ is concerned, 550+ was the marks for aiq cut off and it would also go up.But you would have chance in any semi government college through state quota and AIQ.
