With your low marks you might be allocated a deemed university seat but it might not be the good ones.

Possibility is very low but stuck till the mop up round to see what happens.

In the state counselling also there is slight probability of getting a college because your marks are really low and even your category won't help you cause OBC cut off is also not that low, both in AIQ and state quota.
