Hello dear student,

 As you said you have obtained 345 marks and also that you belong to sc category. Also that you want a government dental seat in any government college in Andhra Pradesh. So dear student you marks are really less for that and there are almost no chances that you get admission as to take admission in 

• Government medical college, Vijayawada . You need to score Atleast 407 marks . As expected cut off of the College. 
• Rajiv Institute of dental sciences, kadapa. You need to have minimum 401 marks .

And I hope you understand you have not sufficient marks for that.
