Sir my probably marks in neet ug is 290 . Can I get mbbs seat in kerala (obc category and state rajasthan)?

Your score can get you some private medical college for MBBS based on former closing rank. For Kerala, there is opportunity of a seat in Amrita School of Medicine, Kochi.
