Your rank is much higher to get seat in any government colleges in West bengal.
Also you have less chances to get seat in top PRIVATE colleges in kolkata. You might get core branches there, but less Chance for computer science.
MCKV liluah, or any other private colleges in district you may get.
Otherwise, you can get into private colleges through management quota, that will cost upto 10-12 lacs excluding tuition fee.
You should wait for 3rd round of counselling .
