Hello Rohit

To become eligible for NEET exam, candidate must have passed 10+2 with PCB and English subjects with minimum of 50% marks taken together in the qualifying examination. These marks include both theory as well as practical. For unreserved category candidates it's 50% marks and that for the reserved category- SC/ST/OBC it is 40% marks all together in the boards.
And accordingly, your sister is eligible for the entrance exam.
