With UPSEE general Rank 117 In lateral entry Bpharm, you can be in government institutions of Greater Noida and Ghaziabad. The fee structure of bpharm in these area;

The fee structure is around 1 lakh to 1.20 lakh per annum.
There are some private renowned institution also in this area like KIET, Lloyd Institute of management and technology.
