It's not very good rank..
But with this u can get GNIT

Sorry to say but you have not scored good enough to get a government college.You can also try some of the good private college like:

J.S.S. Academy of Technology Education, Noida
Galgotias College of Engineering & Technology, Greater Noida
Ajay Kumar Garg Engineerring College, Ghaziabad
