Since neet examination would be held twice a year many students have doubts based on it.
Marks of any one session would be considered for admission that is the best of the two.

Dear Aspirant,

From the year 2019 Entrance Examination for both Engineering and Medical will be held twice a year. The score of any one of the exam can be used for admission to Engineering and Medical Colleges across the country.
