You have not a too good score in NEET 2019 but stilll you have good chances of getting government college as you belong to the ST category. You can also get private college for sure. But you have good chances of getting MBBS in a government college. So do try for a government college. You can get it.  I cannot tell the exact college you can get as the cutoff varies every year.
