Unfortunately, the last ST candidate to secure a seat to Telangana's Government medical colleges secured a NEET rank of 59,990 in 2017. Therefore, your chance of getting admission with a rank of 1,39,069 is very difficult. However, you can definitely try for Telangana's private colleges as well as private colleges in other states since 334 is a decent score in NEET.
