Hey! Hi Hritik.
First of all let me tell you that FGIET RAIBARELI is not a Government Institute.
Nextly, well as per my knowledge the fees for SC student should be something around 7000 to 8000 per annum.
Moreover many scholarships are available there.
You may need to go to college to get more information on it.
