No, not yet. Till now, only the rank lists have been declared and for the first counselling list, you need to wait till 16 or 17th of this month. Furthermore to that, the second round of the counselling process will take place in the following week so that all the procedures are finished by August 1, i.e. the day of the start of the new batch 2018-19.
