In application form if you have any discrepancy or detail mismatch then you receive notification from the exam body to correct the mistakes. It is mentioned in the guidelines that, if you fail to give proper details you will be restricted from appearing in exams. As the correction window is closed and you don't have any option to edit your application form you just do only one thing is contact their helpline and ask for any help.
